The use of CNC Engraving technology enabled us to make this special high precision die for high precision gaskets.
The blanks are enforced with Aluminium to prevent the movement of rules laterally which might result in minute inaccuracies.
Since the die is metally enforced it will be possible to re knife and re use for longer periods of die cutting.
Special mirror finished rules have been used for clean cuts, longer die cut impressions.
